Friendly staff and a fantastic location - top-notch! 😊

The staff are very caring, the hotel is special and with ideal location just next door to Grand Baie in the north of the Island, the excellent main restaurant, which is Michelin star quality and service and a private beach and relaxed atmosphere.

This place is my go-to spot in the area. the breakfast served here is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly helpful. the service is excellent, plus they offer on-site parking 🚗. Also, they don't charge extra for wake-up calls and ironing services.

The location of this place was simply perfect and stunning, located on the north-west coast 🏖️. It was also quite close to a restaurant called La Rougaille Creole, where I had some meals during my stay.

Everything was simply perfect. Liked our stay at this truly exceptional hotel, it was really amazing. All the staff was highly professional. Our property room was luxurious and spotless on the terrace of the suite.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated right by the water edge of a stunning, turquoise blue bay, it offers breathtaking views. The art gallery with a selection of world-class contemporary artists is definitely worth a visit. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and they go out of their way to make you feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with luxurious amenities. The bathroom is straight out of Architectural Digest, with huge white fluffy towels. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, with options to suit all tastes.

The only downside is that some of the facilities were not fully operational due to ongoing renovations.

the location by the ocean was ideal. A short walk led to beautifully maintained gardens, a white sand beach, and an Art Gallery. 3. the fantastic breakfast offered a wide range of meals, and the food tasted amazing.

our recent stay at beachcomber in grand baie was simply incredible. from the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty, and the private beach loungers were a dream. the food in all the restaurants was exceptional, and the view at lunch by the beach was breathtaking. this is by far the best hotel we have ever visited.

One thing we noticed was that the vacuum cleaners were not used by housekeeping, so there were still some crumbs left in our room from breakfast.

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary champagne and chocolates that were offered upon arrival. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and had stunning views. One of the best aspects was the variety of activities available, such as snorkeling and kayaking.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked and there were several stains on the furniture and linens. The restaurants were overpriced and didn't offer many vegetarian options.

Kind staff, well-maintained property, great water activities, wonderful breakfast, high-quality beddings, private beach loungers.

We had an absolute blast during our nights out at the Royal Palm. The hotel is perfectly situated on the beautiful archetypal white sand beach fronting the cerulean waters of the Indian Ocean. We loved spending our evenings by the ocean, not far from the beach bar, enjoying the breathtaking views and soaking up the romantic atmosphere. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that provided all the amenities we needed. The service was top-notch, with staff members knowing our names and attending to our every need. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy our tastes. The facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the incredible spa, added to the overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our nights out.

One small downside was the relatively high cost of wine, which we understood was due to it having to be shipped a long way.
